This Methods is known as  "Thriller Layer Changer "

Make New Three Layers ,  Layer1 is rename "main" , layer2 is rename "shade" and layer3 is rename "hair" . then  main layer keep top of the layer pop , shade layer keep secound possition of the layer pop and shade layer keeps on third possiton of the layer pop. shade layer  changes its option " Overlay" and change into black&white . hair layer change its option "Multiply" and keep  density level as per main Image.

And Cut Grean Back ground on Main Layer for using "Magic Tool".  Open Any Background image and copy & paste insert into between background layer and hair image .Remove unwanted part of shade layer and hair layer
